When/where can I check in and get my badge? |
You can check in and get your badge at the welcome desk in the Swiss Life Arena. Tuesday: 8:00 am - 09:00 pm Wednesday: 08:00 am - 4:00 pm and 7:45 pm - 09:00 pm Thursday: 08:00 am - 4:00 pm and 7:45 pm - 09:00 pm Friday: 08:00 am - 05:30 pm and 7:45 pm - 09:00 pm Saturday: 08:00 am - 4:00 pm and 06:00 pm - 09:00 pm |

How do I find my way around the arena? |

Will there be food at the evening events? |
|
There will be snacks, but no full meals will be provided. We are working hard to arrange a midnight snack for later events. |

Do I need a visa? |
|

What are the payment options and currency? |
|
The national currency is the Swiss Franc (CHF). Cashless payment is very common. However, it is recommended to have some cash with you. Information regarding payment options during the WEKO will follow. |

Will there be a Senator programme? |
|
Yes. The person responsible for the Senator program is Tanja Geiger. Visit this page for more information. |

Will there be a global village night? |
|
Yes. The global village will take place on Thursday night (16 November) from 8 pm to 10 pm. The booths can be used free of charge and you provide food & drinks at your own cost. You can bring one sponsor board per booth (format A3-A1). Plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses will be provided. Power connection is available. No water connection is available, and gas and fire are not allowed. Please register your national organisation via e-mail: program@jci-wc23.ch |
